Wow!

I haven't posted on here in forever. It's not like I have anything to update about but still ha. I don't want to be one of those people who waits like a year before posting something. I just needed to post something to feel better about myself. :D
Oh I guess there is one thing that's sort of exciting. I'm going to band regionals next Wednesday. November 4th. I'm not sure if it's in Snowflake or Show Low because I forgot and they both start with S so it was confusing ha. But anyways yeah I've never been before but it sounds boring. I'm still excited though. I get out of school for it. We practice all morning, get a break for lunch, practice the rest of the day. Then we get a break to get ready then the orches
tra, band, and choir come together at the end of the day for a great big concert. There will only be four of us from SJ. Two from band and two from orchestra. If I remember I'll update here later.

A Couple A New Pictures

The latest since Trav fixed my camera lol :D

These are the only pictures I have from the 24th.
I don't use my camera very often.

I also drowned my iPod. :(

I knew you'd all appreciate hearing that last fact.

Best stuff ever.

Camping!!

Travis and the puppy chow
Not so great a picture, but Sandra's face is the best haha.
Brooklyn
And again.
Connor

This year was so much fun. Even though I didn't take many pictures haha. And the mother forgot her camera, she's been doing that a lot lately. I didn't take any pictures from Girl's Camp sorry. We learned a fun new game at the Reunion. Ashley put some pictures of it. You had to make ninja poses and try to slap eachothers' hands. It rained a lot while we were there too. And we couldn't drive the four wheelers on the road unless you had a license or a helmet and the vehicle was legally authorized or whatever so we played a lot of Ninja and the Sign Game. We didn't have a program this year though sadly. What a waste of the pudding and shaving cream that Aunt Paula bought. And Lincoln will have to be welcomed to the family next year.

Dumb Laws

So I have a Law class as my out this quarter and for the last few days we're doing dumb laws. We haven't really gotten that many yet considering that we've only had one day of them. (When I put a line that means that I don't remember the state hah) But some of these make you wonder...

It is illegal to kill a camel in Arizona.
It is illegal to kill a whale in Utah.
A car with no driver cannot go faster than 60 mph in _____.
It is illegal for a donkey to sleep in a bathtub in _____.
In Arizona(? maybe) it is illegal to ride a horse up the steps of some building I don't remember.
It is illegal to ride a horse drunk in Arizona.
In California it is illegal for animals to mate within 100 miles of a school or a church.
In California, if a woman commits any crime in the presence of her husband, her husband goes to jail and she is let off the hook.
It is illegal for more than six grown women to live in the same house in Arizona.
You cannot ride a camel on the freeway in ____.
In ______ it is illegal to play cards in the middle of the street with a Native American.
If you steal soap in _____ you have to use up all of that soap.
In Tombstone, AZ, you cannot smile if you are missing two teeth and are 18+.
In Texas, if two trains are coming towards each other they both have to stop and neither can proceed until the other moves on.
In Oregon, the penalty for jumping from a very tall building is death.
In New York, it is illegal to eat ice cream on a Sunday.
You cannot skateboard in New Mexico without a license. (maybe it was Colorado, one of the two)

There were lots more that I don't remember. But I will update this as I remember and learn more. I really wonder what idiot let a donkey sleep in his/her bathtub though...

So...wow

I,m really not good at updating this blog thingy at all lately. I have plenty to update about I,m just too lazy to really actually update it. :P In science we,re doing a science fair project and like Brandy and I did ours on which way bread molds faster, in a bag or just on a plate. It,s something we knew already before we did the project but we,re cheaters haha. It was easy to do and there,s my mini-update for now. I'll put up our pictures of moldy bread later.

Happy Easter!

I'm really not good at saying inspiring and touching things so I just look them up on the Internet. :D
But I really did love this video. And I found the First Presidency's Easter Message on lds.org so I thought I'd share. Happy Easter everyone.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EpFhS0dAduc

At this Easter season of hope and renewal we testify of the glorious reality of the atonement and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. The empty tomb brought comforting assurance and provided the answer to the question of Job, “If a man die, shall he live again?” (Job 14:14).

Because of the Savior’s resurrection we will overcome death and become the beneficiaries of His mercy and grace. In a world of trouble and uncertainty, His peace fills our hearts and eases our minds. Jesus is in very deed “the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6).

We give our sure witness that Jesus is the Christ. Though He was crucified, He rose triumphant from the tomb to our everlasting blessing and benefit. To each member of the human family He stands as our Advocate, our Savior, and our Friend.

Spring Break

For spring break we went to Utah to see Mallory and company. We had so much fun. It snowed quite a bit until we left though. On Sunday night a whole bunch of our cousins came over for dinner. It was really great especially since I haven't seen any of them since like forever. (Except for Jordan and Jen but it's still been a long while since I saw them too) I wish we could do that more often but you know that darn economy problem. xP

Snowy on the way up...And snowy while we were there.

I didn't really get any pictures from Sunday night sorry. Mom did though so maybe she'll update too. I also didn't upload all of my snowy mountain pictures because too many of the same kind of pictures gets boring. :D

Meteor Crater and Lowell Observatory

Lowell's "tomb"
Hubble telescope
The meteor
Again
Silly Taylor. xD

So like a really long time ago we went on a field trip to Meteor Crater and then the Lowell Observatory. I just keep forgetting to update on it. It was loads of fun but super windy. I couldn't even reach the little things to look through and see better the things in the crater hah. But anyways, I didn't really get any good pictures of the Hubble telescope because it was dark and I had to stand behind everyone because I was slow getting in. xD I tried to lighten them up on Photoshop though...

So A Month Later...

I haven't really gotten around to updating my blog yet (obviously) but I do have some updates. I don't have the pictures ready to upload yet so those are yet to come. I have some from a field trip to the Meteor Crater in Flagstaff and the Lowell Observatory also in Flagstaff. That was pretty cool..full update later. Also there are a bunch from Mary and Gary's reception in Ramah and just from the cousins being here. That was a lot of fun. Oh and our dishwasher is all jacked up so we have to wash every dish by hand. -_- That's not very much fun. Anyways, I'll try to get those posts up soon.

Happy Birthday Sandra!!

So today is Sandra's birthday and I take that as an excuse to update my blog. Its been quite a long time but I don't really have much to update about. Well anything that really makes me want to update. For Christmas I got a digital camera and a bunch of other stuff. It snowed the day after Christmas and that snow just melted almost completely but it is snowing again right now. ^_^ (yay)

Meagan had her baby on December 31st. She had him around 1:30 in the afternoon. They named him Pacer Lincoln (not sure how they're spelling that) Rogers. When we were there he was pretty much awake and looking around. But when we tried to take a picture the little stinker would close his eyes. I'm not going to say that he's an aware baby though because sometimes people say that then when someone else goes to see the baby its the complete oppisite.

So thats my update for now. I forgot my camera at Meagan's house though so until the mother gets home there aren't any pictures.
