I'm Such a Slacker

I haven't been updating my blog very well. I've been thinking about it though, really. I figure that my life isn't really that interesting anyways and I don't have a lot of pictures. And I waste all of my computer time sitting on Facebook waiting for my friends to get on and talk to me. xP Anyways, I do actually have a few little pictures that I took over Christmas break. Most of them are of Brooklyn playing in the snow though. Because I'm also a slacker in that I never take my camera with me when I should. Oh well. So a long update before the pictures should keep me good for a couple months eh?
I'll start with Thanksgiving. Everyone came home for Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. I loved being off of school and hanging out with my family. And I'm pretty sure I've watched Elf 15 times at least between then and the end of Christmas break. It never gets old. We had a butt load of amazing food. And that new baby Katelyn was here and she is adorable.
Then we went to Utah for Katelyn's blessing. And even though is was dreadfully freezing there it was fun. Meagan and Mandi came too with Pacer. The drive was miserable and I still don't think I'll ever travel in that small car with my brothers again.
And then Christmas came. Even though not everyone was here again, it was still a great Christmas. Brooklyn beat all of us in the box game. I think either Meagan was stealing tickets from the people around her or Brooklyn was just a born box gamer :] And the Christmas night we had a great time playing games and making fun of Bryce.
The day after Christmas we went to Las Vegas to visit Grandma and Grandpa Romine. Uncle Martin was there the first time and then Aunt Robin was staying there the rest of the time too. It was really nice to see everyone. I think that pretty much the whole time I was there we were all playing card games and board games and such. And we got to meet David's new girl friend. Who is just like David. :)
Now Coytt and Dalon have been staying with us for the past month. Those boys are so great to have around. Dalon is always running around playing Batman and saying the funniest things. And Coytt is such a great big brother. He takes good care of Dalon when he isn't teasing him. :) They're pretty good with the ladies too. Coytt made pretty good friends with TJ Boyle in sunbeams and when we took Dalon to Young Women with us he was really flirting it up with his monster voice.
I guess I'll update about school too. Mrs. Trickey is my English teacher and we are writing an essay every week because she's having us make a memory book. Personally I find it silly and I'm so sick of writing essays. And helping her grade everyone else's essays because she says I write awesome. And in social studies we're studying WWII. I love WWII. We have to make a model of a concentration camp and I'm working with Lauren Pierson and Reagan Odom. Reagan's dad loves to make these kinds of things so he's helping us out and we're doing a bombed out concentration camp with snow and trains and ,if we can find them to scale, little people. It's going to be awesome. He says everything has to look realistic and to scale though because I'm a Rothlisberger and I have to have an A+. Haha!

Wow!

I haven't posted on here in forever. It's not like I have anything to update about but still ha. I don't want to be one of those people who waits like a year before posting something. I just needed to post something to feel better about myself. :D
Oh I guess there is one thing that's sort of exciting. I'm going to band regionals next Wednesday. November 4th. I'm not sure if it's in Snowflake or Show Low because I forgot and they both start with S so it was confusing ha. But anyways yeah I've never been before but it sounds boring. I'm still excited though. I get out of school for it. We practice all morning, get a break for lunch, practice the rest of the day. Then we get a break to get ready then the orches
tra, band, and choir come together at the end of the day for a great big concert. There will only be four of us from SJ. Two from band and two from orchestra. If I remember I'll update here later.

This year was so much fun. Even though I didn't take many pictures haha. And the mother forgot her camera, she's been doing that a lot lately. I didn't take any pictures from Girl's Camp sorry. We learned a fun new game at the Reunion. Ashley put some pictures of it. You had to make ninja poses and try to slap eachothers' hands. It rained a lot while we were there too. And we couldn't drive the four wheelers on the road unless you had a license or a helmet and the vehicle was legally authorized or whatever so we played a lot of Ninja and the Sign Game. We didn't have a program this year though sadly. What a waste of the pudding and shaving cream that Aunt Paula bought. And Lincoln will have to be welcomed to the family next year.
